During our visit to the Fremont Festival, we chose this restaurant for our large group due to its ample seating and family-friendly atmosphere. Upon arrival, guests are invited to find their own seating before proceeding to the bar to place and pay for their food orders. After ordering, diners take their number to the table, and the staff will deliver the food directly.

From the outside, the restaurant appears smaller than it actually is, offering a variety of seating options both indoors and outdoors. While there wasn't a designated kids' menu, the $10 grilled cheese sandwich, accompanied by chips, is likely to be a hit with most children. We observed many families enjoying their meals together.

I opted for a turkey sandwich, which was both flavorful and satisfying, offering good value for the price. The chips, which tasted homemade, were pleasantly seasoned without being overly salty or greasy. Despite the bustling environment on that day, our food took a bit longer to arrive; however, the service was commendable, with the staff being friendly and attentive.

The only area for improvement would be to lower the volume of the music, as it was somewhat loud and made conversation challenging. Overall, it was a positive...

We stopped here during the Fremont Festival because it was the restaurant with enough seating or our large group and was child friendly.

After finding your own seating, you go to the bar and order/pay for food, then take your number to the table and they will bring your food to you. It's bigger than it looks from the outside and there were plenty of seating options. They have indoor and outdoor tables. I didn't see a kids menu, but the grilled cheese sandwich for $10 comes with chips and would likely please most kids. We did see lots of little kids with their parents!

I was pleased with a turkey sandwich, flavorful and filling at a good price. The chips tasted home made and were not too salty or oily.

It was a very busy day, so it did take a while for our food to come, but I feel like we had great service and that the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing they need to do is turn the music down... It was a bit loud and made it...

Beautifully designed for a neighborhood spot. Several different rooms and a nice patio for seating options, with different ambiance options for your group. We got our own picnic table on the back patio. Interesting little cocktail menu, nice draught options, and a huge selection of whiskeys/ryes/scotches. The food menu isn't exhausting but variety seemed good. We had a salad, roast cauliflower, a bahn mi pork belly sandwich, and a few other things. Bartenders served us quickly and the food prep was prompt. One mistake was made and rectified very efficiently with no problems. The whole party left very satisfied. A great spot to bring a group,...

So this was my first visit to Hi-Top Tavern and I would say the place was decent. I would not say they were knocking it out of the park or anything, but at the same time there are no negatives either. The staff was friendly enough and attentive and the food was good although a little unique in style. Not bad, just a little different than what I am used to. I guess its always good to try new things. They could expand their beer menu a bit if I had to pick one thing out. Overall, the visit was good.

Love their patio area as it's pretty spacious and also a portion that is covered. The drinks here are solid with the staff being super friendly and quick at getting the drinks out. The snacks here are great, especially the pork nachos. I really like their cheese sauce. It has a good texture and great flavor to it. It doesn't dry up at all. It's a definite must order item. It will go good with the old fashioned.
