Huge Disapointment. Keep driving by this place. Always see long lines. Lots of smiling people. Just never in the area with the family to try it. But on this beautiful Saturday it was the day. I got all my wifes chores done and my yard work. Kids have been good all day, and neither of us wants to cook, so we got in the car and headed out! Waited a solid 25 minutes in line. When we finally found a spot to sit after ordering, our table was dirty. It's cool tho, were middle-class folk, so we know how to clean, lol. We waited about 20 minutes, and our Onion Rings showed up... As far as onions go, i have never had such an amazing onion ring. It really was good like the best ever. Another 20 minutes passed, and our daughters corndog showed up. Then, 5 minutes later, my son's chicken tenders, but another 30 minutes passed, and my wife and I still never got our food. By this time, our kids were finished eating, and we're ready to go. We asked 2 different people what was going on, and both said it should be coming up next. But after watching the three people behind us.. whole families get their food. We knew something was wrong. At this point, the wife just wanted a refund, and I was done hanging around. She went to speak with the manager. His name is Cameron. He said he would be giving us a refund, but then we got a call telling us he made a mistake doing the refund so now we will have to wait on the GM to possibly do it. Haha its cool just keep it. on the way out the door, Cameron did offer us our food as a to go. The wife accepted we were still hungry and had invested 2 hours drive time and all included. We got the food and we went home to eat it. The chicken tenders were a 3 of 10. Mt Hood Lanes' bowling ally has better chicken tenders, to be honest. I've had better chicken tenders at the Chevron gas station off NE Halsey and 122nd. The sauces were... eh.. raspberry, Habanero was alright... I work 70 hours a week in construction my wife serves at a diner 16 years now. We know service when it is good. We are very self, sufficient people who cook for ourselves and rarely spend our money going out.. so when we do go out, we are always looking for an experience something different that we can talk about later with a smile. We really just didn't have a good experience at all. I wouldn't recommend this place. I will not be returning for the subpar service.

Fire on the Mountain Buffalo Wings is a popular destination for wing enthusiasts, known for its vibrant atmosphere and diverse range of flavors. The restaurant offers a variety of wing sauces, from classic buffalo to unique options like garlic parmesan and spicy mango. Customers often rave about the quality of the wings, noting that they are perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside while remaining tender and juicy on the inside. The portion sizes are generous, making it a great spot for sharing with friends or family. In addition to wings, the menu typically includes sides like fries, coleslaw, and salads, which complement the main dishes well. The casual and lively setting enhances the dining experience, making it suitable for both casual outings and special occasions. Service is generally friendly and prompt, contributing to an overall positive experience. Whether you're a wing aficionado or just looking for a fun place to eat, Fire on the Mountain Buffalo Wings is often recommended for its delicious offerings and enjoyable atmosphere.

Came here for a friend lunch date and got 2 orders of 6 wings on a frisbee, with Peanut sauce with fries and a cider for me and lemonade for my mom. My friend ordered wings and a chicken Cesar salad ,with lime cilantro sauce and a cider. I love the atmosphere & seating was ample. It was 95* outside, but luckily, there was soft breeze blowing that day. They served their wings on frisbees and our nice waiter brought the doggos a water bowl. Unfortunately, I had lost my appetite and I didn’t eat my food there. Prior to entering the business, I stepped in a pile of someone’s vomit, right in Front of their side door,(didn’t see it , because I was opening the door for my mom) but I finished my cider and took the food to go. (lucky I had Pip’s donuts 🍩 before lunch) Later that evening, I tried some of my fries and a wing and had to pass on the food, because they were all way too salty for me..(sodium sensitive) but my friend says the salad, wings and fries were good to her….

My wife and I took our newlywed daughter and son-in-law here for lunch. The place is much bigger than the original location with covered outdoor seating. Same fare as the other two locations with additional pizza and "Veggie Wings" along with a small brewery on site for their house ales.

Plenty of seating that's socially distanced from the neighboring tables. Due to the pandemic, there is no table service, so you order at the front desk, then take your order number flag to your table. We ordered margaritas and a hard coffee drink for the son-in-law. Drinks were delicious and well made, the wings were good, but as I mentioned in my review of the Interstate location, I wished they would add carrots with the order and a few more celery sticks, but that's me.

My wife and I ordered the six wing basket with traditional medium sauce, our daughter had sweet BBQ sauce, six wing basket and the son-in-law the nine piece basket with Bourbon Chipotle sauce. I should have ordered the nine piece basket, fortunately for me, my wife only ate four of her wings so I was able to polish off the rest of hers.

For a Saturday afternoon, the place was busy, but not crowded with plenty of staff to handle orders and make sure everything was to your liking.

One thing I would recommend, if you've never been to FOTM, you should probably checkout the menu before hand and know what you want before getting to the order counter, it's a bit stressful ordering with other customers waiting behind you.

The place was clean, including the restroom, the staff friendly and knowledgeable, overall it was a great place to get to know our...

I’ve finally given up on this place. For a while now, every so often I’d think “FOTM sounds good tonight” and would go and inevitably be frustrated and disappointed with the experience. Their food is pretty good (though last night my wings were overcooked and drowning in sauce) - the issue is the change to counter service and the fact that they bring out each item as it’s ready. Last night that looked like getting my side in minutes and then waiting over half an hour for my wings. The idea of a side is that you eat it with your entree, and if I had waited to do so they would have been cold; since I was hungry I basically filled up on tots because it took so long to get the wings. This makes for a totally unpredictable dining experience, and really not one I’m looking to have when I eat out. And now that they switched counter service, getting another drink or anything else is a pain. And frankly it’s really frustrating to tip before you get your meal and know what the experience was really worth, cause let’s be honest most of their staff seems like they hate working there and are bothered if you need anything outside of ordering at the counter. Eating out is so expensive these days, I won’t be wasting my time and money on this...
