Subway — Restaurant in Portland

Came in and no one was in the lobby. I was told I would have to wait because online order was first. 2 people were working. Only 2 sandwiches were being made. 5 boys where in the back that did not work there. The young lady that was taking my order was distracted by the boys. They walked out of the restaurant. She stopped what she was doing and chased them around the parking lot. Half of the vegetables where broken down. No sweet tea. I ask for some. They said there is none. It was at 5:43pm. I ordered my food as an eat in. My salad was skimpy maybe my bowl was half full to normally full. I had to ask for a fork and was told they had NO forks. Ordered a tea and was told they had no tea. No apologies no explanations no nothing! 2nd time this has happened. This is on 4/30/25 @ 5:30 pm it was a young girl. Maybe the manager/ owner will coach customer service to her. This is so unacceptable. The last visit I asked for sweet onion sauce was told they was out and not even 2 mins later I watched the girl pull out a fresh bottle just as I had set down and never...

Alright. I went and got my husband's protein bowls from this location tonight. I'm assuming that the owner or manager was there and is the one who made the bowls. A regular protein bowl has 358 grams of meat in it. I always order an extra scoop which should be an extra 85 grams of meat. So, nearly 2 cups of meat in those bowls. The total meat in each bowl was about a cup. 1 cup. The total cost for both bowls was $26.00. 2 bowls. 2 cups of meat, some lettuce, a little red onion, and a little bit of pickles.... twenty..... sixx.....dollars. Yall. Come on now. That's wild....
