I was told by a couple different people while waiting, that it's worth the wait and it's best to order ahead because it could take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour but I tell you it was absolutely worth it. I got the surf and turf steak and shrimp nacho fries and I wish I lived close enough to have this often. 100% WORTH IT. Will recommend. But just an FYI they managed to get my order out in less than 25 minutes after a dozen people had came through from called in orders and I was concerned because I had a timed lunch but they managed to get it done and it was the chef's kiss. The wait is so worth it. Best Mexican food truck in Portland TN. The quality of food is so yummy. They have been here for a long while, but you may miss it. They have picnic tables and a covering to for shade which is smart and for rain to. Rain or shine don't forget to try. I had a fantastic experience at Tacos Mi Jalisco in Portland! I ordered the Quesorrito with Consommé, and it was packed with flavor—perfectly cheesy and tender. The side of Chips and Guacamole was fresh and the perfect pairing. I washed it all down with Horchata.
