They were really kind. I’ve written reviews before on the receipt survey things. But recently I haven’t gotten my usual lady and they literally gave me an expired coupon for my long wait and it’s May 2024. It’s been 5 months since this expired. I also had to go in and ask for some lettuce to put on my food. When I just wanted no tomatoes and no three cheese. And it was only chicken , sour cream , and nacho cheese just filled with that. Just often I get the wrong order and I usually deal with it and I don’t mind or I’m already home so I’m not driving back. But just check your food before you leave. It is so frustrating how often this happens. And it is not my usual lady doing this, she makes all my food special and correct even tho sometimes I’m a confusing customer. I can’t remember her name but all my reviews are about how wonderful she is. But besides that. I’m really tired of the lack of communication when it comes to making food for customers. One team member was on break, another was preparing food, and the remaining staff appeared to be working on organizing orders. One of the women was stationed at the computer, but there seemed to be a lack of coordination, as conversations were centered on figuring out order logistics. The floors were notably unclean, which did not make a positive impression. Additionally, other customers voiced frustration with their orders.
When I finally received my order, I noticed that some items were missing. After informing the staff, I had to wait an extended period for the issue to be resolved, and there was a moment where it seemed I had been forgotten. I was going to be driving by so I ordered using the Taco Bell app (which I recommend) I go through the drive thru and give them my name for the order. I get the right pop and sauce so I think nothing. I jump back on the expressway and open my box and it is all wrong. I have no exits close that I can turn around. I ordered a crunch wrap.supreme, bean burrito, nachos, and a cheese locos taco Supreme. I got a gordito which had 1/4" of meat in the bottom, a few lettuce strips and sour cream. Is this the normal amount of filling they give you??? I also received a beef burrito and cinnamon twists. I eat some of the gordito which was not good and the twists. I get to my destination hungry. 😡. I called and they say they will.make it right another day for me. Not sure when I will be by again to see if that happens.
