Dunkin' — Restaurant in Portsmouth

The ones I usually visit are good, probably 4 stars or better. This one, not so much. The staff on duty clearly didn't want to be there. No friendliness or even common interest. They had an argument with another customer about his coffee. He had ordered a "regular" coffee. They gave him coffee "two cream, 2 sugars" then proceeded to argue that all Dunkin' stores call "regular" 2 cream, 2 sugar". 2 things here:. 1) instead of playing CYA, a simple "I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. I'll be happy to replace it." 2) Arguing loudly with a customer is just stupid and bad for business If what they said is true, it's a bad policy. Just ask what they want. Don't assume they know your policy. These were people who had less than zero feeling for customer service. If this store were near where I live, I wouldn't go there and I'd warn others off. This dunkin has literally made me decide to never get dunkin donuts again. Ive been here multiple times and my coffee order is never right and the food I order is always burnt and disgusting (pertaining to the wakeup wraps). The guy at the drive through could clearly see me and made me wait about 5 min until he asked what my order was. He kept calling me bud too which I find so annoying. Idk what the deal is with the dunkin service across the board in Rhode Island but the majority is just terrible. You can tell no one appreciates their job and always has a cynical attitude. 12/30/21 @5:58pm Lady that was working the drive-thru was so unprofessional. We order a coffee through the drive-thru. She had an attitude the entire time. She told us that she had to brew the coffee because it wasn’t ready and it’ll take couple minutes and we told her it was fine. So when we came down to the window she didn’t greet us or anything.
