They have 2 party rooms, one being completely private with door and the other you can only use half of and not at all private. Yet they charge the same amount! You can't even get in until your party start time to decorate so half our time was wasted setting up. Then we had to wait longer for them to clean the tables and floor because they sent us back to the room with pop all over the table and floors. The way they sectioned off the room made it super crowded and not easy to operate a birthday party. When we tried to span out because there wasn't any other customers in there and we were so crowded together, we were told we'd be charged another $200 if we used the other tables. Even though they were already charging us $10 extra for those guests on top of the $200. We had to keep going and finding someone when we needed anything. They didn't come back and clear not one plate during the party. The staff only came back to complain and ask us to move for using the extra seats without paying another $200. Definitely not worth the price! Could have definitely been way more friendly with a child's party. Sadly we won't be using them again after many years of birthday parties! Total waste...

After making a reservation for a party weeks in advance we got there day of the party and was told no parties on Sunday I explained I reserved seat for a party they said we have your reservation but we can't do a party I saud no one told me this when I made the reservation or I wouldn't have seing its my daughter's birthday we already had sent the invitations out and bought decorations had someone make cupcakes and was told I can't put decorations up can't bring presents in or the cupcakes and was told all of this by the manager even after I told him I was told I could have a party over the phone weeks ago so my daughter had no presents no decorations and no cupcakes for her party very upset and disappointed never going there again. Love this Gatti's! They always try to make our requests. Always fresh lettuce and other veggies on the cold bar. Good variety on both the cold bar and the hot bar. Always have a variety of channels on their several televisions. You can always find at least one cartoon, a sports channel and the news. Managers and staff are always friendly, smiling and in an excellent mood. I've noticed them calling some of the regulars by name. That is great that they take the time to get to know and remember people! Love this place. The game room is not huge, but has a quality variety of games. It's not just a bunch of games to fill space for the sake of having games. It's quality games that even I enjoy playing. Bathrooms are always clean and stocked!
