No receipt paper at pump so went in to get receipt (stood in long line) then was told they couldn’t give a receipt because their system was down. I asked for a hand-written receipt and was told they couldn’t do that either. After being firm with them they finally wrote out a receipt. A customer should never have to go through an ordeal like that in order to get something so basic. Won’t be stopping here again.
