Update 4 years later: I just came through the drive-thru, waited 10 minutes because they said they had to brew another pot after I had already placed my order and waited 5 minutes, then they didn't bring my drink up and I saw them closing down, and I had to honk for them to bring my drink out, in total I was waiting 18 minutes for two cups of coffee, and her response when I said I thought you guys forgot about me was simply like no and giving me a dirty look after waiting all that time.
If you're going to gossip about a customer, you should probably do it when they're no longer in the Drive-Thru.
First, I was lectured on why I would choose to use more than 12 splendas because the almighty Starbucks employee declared that it was too much... never mind the fact that if I were using regular pumps of mocha, or their other flavoring, I would use far more in terms of sugar packets, or rather, grams of simple carbohydrates.
But that's not even what my complaint is about. All of this was before I even get to the drive-through window. Once I get there, my total came out to $16.62. I gave her a $15 gift card, and $1.62 in change; mostly quarters, a few dimes and nickels, and a few pennies. She took several minutes to count the money, and then made a snarky comment to another employee, that I gave her change. That employee looked over at us and shook her head. Then another employee asked what was going on, and she was told as well, and then she told someone else so we had four different young women there, looking at me, my wife and our two children, who simply wanted to get two cups of coffee without such a hassle, or being shamed for giving them change and challenging their math skills.
In the end, the coffee wasn't good, we sat in line far too long, and we wouldn't go back...
Read moreI would leave a negative 5 if I could. This Starbucks has a reputation for never being open inside, so I called at 2pm and asked them of they were open inside and for how long. They said they were open until 9pm inside or closing the inside the earliest at 6pm. I pulled up at 2:30 pm. Got out of my car, was getting my things and some guy rushes to thier door puts a CLOSED inside, drive thru only sign on it and stomps away. HE SAW ME, AND RAN TO THE BACK AND HID. I knocked on the door, and there were multiple employees who just hid, or looked away and did nothing. They all saw me, and could have cared less. This stuff is demonic. They have been playing these games for almost a year. That is why I stopped coming here. I had service months ago from an EXTREMELEY NICE guy who wears Royal Blue Large Glasses, and he was excellent. I wish him the best wherever he is. I doubt he lasted long with this catty group. I drove 25 minutes for this deliberate slap in the face. I watched a very old man running around the building trying to find a way inside to get his drink, and I felt so bad for him. All because this nasty group likes to play games. Worst Starbucks in...
Read moreEdit: for the past several months I have avoided even trying to go to this location because their hours are totally random and they seem to only ever have the drive Thru open and not walk in. It’s gross to require a long line of cars to idle and cause tons of emissions because you won’t staff the store enough to have it run properly. Sad to no longer be able to use this store. Very frustrating.
This is my local Starbucks and I have never had a negative experience going to this location. The people are really nice and have gone out of their way at times to make sure that I am happy with my orders.
Even now, with things being chaotic because of the pandemic, this location is always calm and orderly when I end up going inside to order. I never wait for my order for long at all (I always walk inside instead of using the drive up) and the store is clean and empty of furniture to provide for more than adequate social distancing...
