Aroma Joe’s — Restaurant in Portsmouth

Been ordering Aroma Joe's since I was a kid and this is THE WORST one around. I've been ordering my 32oz Aroma Mochas for the past few years and never had an issue until this location. Just today, I repeated to them 3+ times the following; "Aroma Mocha" and "The one with the chocolate milk and espresso" and they still handed me a latte that wasn't what I ordered. I asked her nicely for a refund cause I was tired of coming to this store and not getting my money's worth EVERY TIME I visit. She gave me my refund (after sitting at the window for 5+ mins, hope my information is safe) then tried telling me that I need to "Be more clear on what I want". Excuse me? 3x I said both things I mentioned above and I told her that and she said "Oh, well..." And after that I disengaged from the conversation because I'm not going to argue with someone when EVERYONE IN THE DRIVE-THRU HAS ALREADY BEEN WAITING 20+ MINUTES. I'm not lying at all when I say I literally just spent 30mins in the DRIVE-THRU for a pretty simple order (Two drinks, two sandwiches) and for 15mins of that 30, I was waiting to place my order. There's also a select amount of girls who are just right out rude and unwelcoming when I come here. Someone needs to be an actual manager here because this isn't the first or second time I've had similar experiences here. I'm not a "Karen", I'm one of the most empathetic people you will meet. I understand things happen behind the scenes that Customers don't know anything about, I've been there. Today and my coffee order yesterday was just ridiculous and not what I asked for. Yesterday, when I got my coffee, I traveled ALLLLLLL the way to the Kittery/Eliot border to go the that Aroma Joe's and asked them to fix it and they did it so beautifully.

2-Stars earned by good baristas. The people inside these coffee boxes are working diligently always with the lines out the parking lots. However, Aroma Joe’s, this is for you and your corporate office: 👏🏼Get 👏🏼your 👏🏼espresso👏🏼 machines 👏🏼dialed 👏🏼in, for the love of God, and stop jacking up poorly-roasted and watered-down-drip-quality coffee prices and calling it LATTE. If it’s not your espresso machines, it’s certainly the NOT-fair-trade coffee you serve. Lastly, for people who think Aroma Joe’s is delicious, or somehow the coffee is as strong or stronger than any other fast coffee chain, you are living in a flavor-shot-induced delusion. I cannot wait for the day you all decide to sell your company...

AJs is definitely starting to give dunks a run for it's money. It seems no matter which you go to it's luck of the draw on what you will get. We went to the portsmouth one by the malls, ordered a 24 oz hot vanilla chai with cinnamon. She asked do you want vanilla and we repeated the order and she said oh ya you said vanilla. Then we end up with a mocha something. For what we pay the order should be correct or we can just save money and start going back to dunks.
