Steve's Famous Pizza — Restaurant in Portsmouth

My family and I were driving around the area and decided to stop by a takeout restaurant for some lunch. We tried a few places before this one, but everywhere else seemed too busy and we didn't want to wait, so we ended up here since it had the least number of cars outside. We walked in and were greeted by two employees (a female and a male-one may have been the owner). We were looking to order 2 grinders and were in the process of deciding which ones when the male employee made a rude gesture at us with his hand to hurry up. I was completely taken aback by the disrespect he displayed since it's absolutely the wrong way to treat any type of customer that makes the decision to spend money at your establishment. We ended up ordering 2 steak grinders which were not good at all. I couldn't even finish half of mine because it tasted stale. Definitely will not be coming back here because of both the service...

I have mixed feelings on Steve’s (not) famous pizza. First of all, the famous part is FALSE ADVERTISING. I asked random people on the street ALL OVER Rhode Island whether they know Steve’s famous pizza, and all of them said NO. This is aspect of your business is unacceptable. I have already taken retaliatory measures for you wasting my entire day trying to find out if you are famous or not by putting dangerous amounts of asbestos dust in to your pizza dough.

Also PLEASE make your doors wider because I tried to shove my morbidly obese friend in to the restaurant and the force slingshotted him through the restaurant and into the oven as if he was a cartoon character. Needless to say, he died. 5/5 stars never...

I don’t know where to begin but had I felt better I would’ve done my own dinner myself!! I spent almost $43 and tipped $15!! What in God’s CREATION IS THIS?!!! I ordered large steak & cheese with red +green pepper+onion+mushrooms and fries,chicken tenders dinner(but wasn’t advised they had no chicken tender dinner, and mozzarella sticks don’t know what to call this but by FAR THE WORST I HAVE EVER TRIED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!
