I have always had a good experience until yesterday. I had an issue and needed lab work, but I was supposed to work until 4:30 which is the posted closing time. I unexpectedly got out of work early and rushed to the lab. When I arrived at 4:22, the lab door was closed. I mentioned to another woman working there that I thought they were open until 4:30. She told me to knock on the door and she would probably take me. Well, the technician said she had already clocked out and would not take me because they don't take people after 4:15. The women working here deserve more credit than they get. Most labs have multiple people working, this one only has TWO! One for checking patients in and one for drawing blood. On top of that they only take walk-ins so of course it’s going to be a little hectic sometimes but the last two times I’ve gone for my glucose testing they both have been SO sweet and accommodating. Very disappointing. Website lists 7:30 am opening. Six people in waiting room at 7:45. Door finally opened after 8:00, but no one called in. Still no one called in at 8:20.
