Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Potosi

I usually stop and grab lunch here when I'm running errands because it was one of the last fast food places you can get a quality meal at. Sadly, that's no longer the case. I pay extra for a burger with bacon on it and most of the time the bacon is absent. If they do remember to put bacon on it, it's just a little piece. Today's burger was missing the bacon and all of the ketchup had been squirted kind of off the side of the burger instead of on it. A few visits ago, I got a burger completely different than the one I ordered. It was a barbecue ranch instead of a bacon cheese. Sometimes the staff is very friendly and sometimes I just feel like I'm a burden for being there. The food is still pretty decent but I wish it had a little more care and accuracy. Everytime I eat here, I order the same thing, 2 chicken strip baskets fried fresh. (and I always say please) Everytime I have to go back through the drive through because they didn't actually fry it fresh because the chicken is cold. I even have the rewards program. I just wish they'd get it better! When someone asks for food fresh, don't try and pass off old food. It takes less time to do it right from the get go. I've worked in the good industry myself and I just don't get it! Do better people. I stay polite no matter what, but they argued with me saying the food was fresh, although when ordering at the speaker she said something about 20 minutes ago they opened. Just visited Potosi DQ, ordered my chicken strips fresh and was given old food and was told it was only a few minutes old. The manager is an older man, and he was so incredibly rude. Said he didn't charge me for fresh food. They are o.k. with handing out dried up food, which was $12 for a meal. The manager wouldn't replace my chicken or refund my money. I was then told the cops would be called. The only reason we have to ask for it fresh is because it's ALWAYS old.
