I placed my order via online service for delivery at 5:59PM. I used the Domino's tracker the entire time to keep updated on where my order was at. It sat in the prep portion for an hour before I called the restaurant to see if perhaps the online system was wrong. The person I spoke to told me they were very delayed and that half the staff had not shown up for the night. Understandable. I could wait a bit more. I kept checking the Domino's tracker periodically and shortly after 8:00PM I realized my order had been cancelled. There was no explanation nor any phone call made regarding this sudden change. That last thing I had seen on the tracker was that it was in the "quality check" portion. When I called to find out what had happened to my order, I was placed on a long hold. No explanation was given nor was I offered anything other than my order, but it would have to be started all over again. I accepted only because I had already waited so long, and unsurprisingly, the quality of the order when it arrived was terrible. The breadstick portion of my order was not prepared correctly. Ā Ā Ā Read morePoor business ethics and inconsistent quality. This shop gets weekly business from our family because it is the closest Domino's restaurant and my kids love pizza. Unfortunately, the product is inconsistently prepared and often late or very late. What prompted my poor review is the fact that the store has "lost" our order multiple times recently even when the tracking app says it's "delivered". This appears to be a shady way for management to avoid complaints to corporate about late or missing pizzas. I spent a frustrating Saturday evening on the phone with multiple team members who kept promising our food was "5 minutes away". After 4 phone calls the driver called us (he knows us from our weekly orders!) and it seems like he's the only reason my kids finally got dinner after 2 HOURS past the promised delivery time. I asked for a refund that night and was denied and I called the next day and management has yet to return my call. I'd rather pay twice as much at another pizza shop and have my food actually arrive than give this place...

Sometimes its just the bubles and toppings, sometimes its the crust and most of the pizza. I now have to check the pizza before taking it home. I also have to call in after I have ordered it online to make sure they take it out before it is overcooked. A manager told me a couple of months ago the oven was over cooking it and process was fixed. Nop, it happened again & again. A friend said they increase temps so the pizza is cooked faster.
