I used to go to eat here for my family, and I even if it was just in my car,and they was nice to me just as a customer. But once I started working there the whole demeanor changes in morning shift if I messed up on something some people who I should be able to go to was just really nasty about it,and when I went to a higher power at the job about it they just pushed it away like they didn't even care, and things was being said so as soon as I said what I had to say back even after I got quite, and the other worker kept talking before anyone just got to the bottom of it,or even run the cameras they already have made the choice that they wanted me out the door and I got fired on my birthday mean while the other two people are still there but I'm going to go to some more people about this and ask them to play the cameras because the proof is in the pudding and a person can't argue by themselves. But all I can say is they have good customer service good food I'll give them that but when it comes down to a worker there if you're not someone they like and they already have their assumptions of you when you first start you won't make it there it's not even worth it cuz they won't help you is no teamwork if they don't care for you for whatever reason I wasn't even there a whole month and I never had any problems like that in any jobs that I had but for things to go like it went here all because I made a few mistakes it was crazy. But I'm not done I will be going to some more higher power about it cuz as soon as I went to hire boss there it was like he brushed me off and just said well don't ask a person for help but if that person is the one up in the front with me and I can ask somebody else for health and who do I see who I go to if I make a mistake how do I fix a person's order how do I make sure person order is right I have to be able to talk to someone I wasn't even there a hole month I mean it's just crazy then the boss Dwight had the nerve to tell me that that's just how she is when she's in the window okay so instead of you talking to her about her attitude is just like you just told me it was okay put up with it but as soon as someone goes back and forth and said something about me and you don't even you didn't even see for yourself or even ask me you automatically fire me and the day that you fired me was on my actual birthday I felt like that was really messed up when I went to people went to him and another person of higher power to other people of higher power before anything even got ugly what...
Read moreThe girls working the drive-thru have very little common sense and poor customer service skills. They don't give an excellent first impression of your business due to their lack professionalism and decorum. It was obviously chaotic back there for them, which is why the drive-thru was moving so slowly. When it was my turn to approach the window, I drove as close to it as I could, but I was still quite a distance away. Both Elisha and I were clearly unable to reach each other . Even after seeing we would not be able to trade payment and drinks, she states “you can come up” with no greeting, smile, or warmth in her tone or face, addition seeing there was a car directly in front of me, with another car in front of them waiting for their orders. Even after the rude request of moving up, I inched up as much as I can, with still being unable to reach each other.
Elisha gave me a serious scowl and then asked me to get out of the car to grab my drink (remind you, I'm in the drive-thru). The absolute nerve! The fact that she asked that egregious request not knowing whether I had the ability to get out of the car or not was the most insulting thing to do. It was a rude, out of pocket, and a completely ignorant request of hers, especially since I am clearly in the drive thru. (My husband and I were completely and utterly flabbergasted.). She then rolled her eyes and started criticizing me in front of her peers loudly when I refused her request.
After they parlayed and became animated, a peer of hers then hung half of her upper torso (almost completely hanging out) of the window to hand me a drink and grab my method of payment. After receiving my food (with both cars still in front me) another loud, rude worker yelled instructing me to reverse out to inch my way out of the drive thru.
Immediately after, I called to speak with a manager to inform them of my horrible, embarrassing, unprofessional interaction. He apologized on their behalf but came off slightly lackadaisical. I will be making a formal complaint, as this was absolutely egregious and a horrible experience. I do not plan to support this location anymore and would like someone to right this absolute wrong. The entire experience was barbaric, absolutely negative, and all over the place.
I am completely disturbed, disgusted, and...
Read moreYou know the old saying that if you do a good job, no one will remember. But, if you do bad job, people will tell everyone they know. That's not normally me. Go check my reviews. I always try to give credit when credit is due. I have very few negative reviews. With that said, I couldn't have had a worse experience at the Brownsville Road Zaxby's. I placed my order at the call box and waited my turn at the window. I ordered the 5 piece fingers with fries. The young lady took my payment, just over $11, which I thought was a little high, but it's been a while. As she handed my my bag, I asked if there any Zax sauce in the bag. She said yes and I headed back to work, a 10 minute drive. After arriving at my desk I opened my $11 lunch. The fries were under cooked and tepid at best and there was no ketchup at all. None. There was only one Zax sauce in the bag and the chicken was also tepid at best, dry to the point of being closer to jerky than a chicken finger. For $11 dollars I couldn't have been more disappointed. Zaxby's, you've lost a customer. You could give me 10 free meals, doesn't matter, I won't go back to any of your restaurants. The reason that it's been a while since I have visited you guys is that I haven't had a "good" experience in...
