Ward's Restaurant — Restaurant in Prentiss

The cashier took our order wrong, then the kitchen workers got it wrong twice. The manager rolled her eyes at me when I asked for them to fix our order. I had to explain to her 3 times that one burger was supposed to have mayo and ketchup only, with a large patty on a small bun, and the other burger was supposed to have mayo, ketchup, pickles, and tomato on a regular bun. When they finally got that right, the meat was raw and our fries were cold. We just threw it all away and left. This isn't the first time that we have had poor service from Ward's of Prentiss; this makes the 3rd time that we have had poor service since the beginning...

The 3 stars is for the food. It was the only thing good about this Wards. I know it’s hard to get good help but they had 7 people working. The one that took the order couldn’t quit yawning in our face long enough to take the order. It took us 15 minutes to get our order. The other workers was just meandering around. We were the only ones inside & they had one car at the drive in window. We were there at 11:30. They should have been busy at this time. We thought they were closed. After going in, we knew why they were not busy. We love Wards but this is the worse one...

Absolutely the best fast food burger I've ever eaten in all of my 53 years. Brilliant quality, absolutely delicious, juicy patty topped with chilli. It was huge too.

I've never heard of Ward's before and stopped simply because the restaurant looked nice.

Ward's kicks McDonald's, Burger King and Wendy's into the weeds.

Their prices are slightly cheaper than their bigger competitors, to boot.

The staff here were friendly and hospitable.

Next time I pass through Prentiss, I will be stopping...
