Mediocre pizza and even worse customer service. I wouldn’t order from Guidos again — not just because the pizza was forgettable, but because of the attitude I got when I tried to address an issue politely.

I ordered two pizzas to go, brought them home, and found that the dough in the middle of one was still raw. I called, explained the situation calmly, and was told they’d replace it — no problem. But when I showed up to make the exchange, I was met with major attitude from the girl at the front counter.

Instead of a simple “sorry about that,” I was told next time I should order it extra crispy. Um, no. I don’t want “extra crispy” pizza — I want a fully cooked one. That’s kind of the bare minimum, right?

She was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was the problem for asking them to fix something they clearly messed up. I was polite, understanding, and just wanted to make sure my family wasn’t eating raw dough. Apparently, that’s too much to ask at Guidos.

Order was short one item, a salad, didn't notice till following day. I called in asked if they could just apply discount of salad price towards a pizza. I live 24 MI away so bit of an inconvenience. The employee asked her Mgr, who refused the proposal ,then when I arrived to pick up pizza, there was no salad when I inquired about the item they didn't provide but I payed for I was treated to a quick education in front of other customers regarding how I should of called the same day because it's a different shift and she has no way to verify my claim. A nice way of basically calling me a liar. Never received an apology rather was reprimanded but lucky me she begrudgingly provided the salad after I purchased pizza. That's the last time I ever will do business there. You think if someone was trying to pull a fast one they might claim a larger ticket item than a...

Found eyelash in pizza and pocket lint in mozzarella sauce. Other than that the food was good. Service was mid grade at best. Fell asleep in the restroom (possible o.d.) for over 5½hrs and no one noticed. Took a dump and ended up clogging the toilet spilling ALOT of sewage water all over the floor l, so i stuffed a whole roll of tp in there to at least make an attempt to stem the flow/stop the bleeding (decent pun eh?) But that did nothing...at this point water was flooding into the dining area at a rapid rate so I just power walked out f there and didn't make any eye contact w/employees (it was an entirely new shift anyway) and never looked back all n all probably $2,500 damage.. wish they had a delivery service as the town of dewey isn't very go-ped friendly. This was 3 years ago and might possibly make an attempt at dining in....
