Subway — Restaurant in Prescott

The young lady at that made my sandwich was awesome. I had two footlongs; one was a simple meatball and provalone and the other one was rotticerie chicken, provalone, lettuce, tomato..etc. Long story short; made my order, she remembered all ingrediants to where I didnt have to remind her (and the second sandwich was a lot of ingrediants. She was professional, kind, wrapped them awesomely. Packed them really nicely to a point where; once I got in the truck, I showed it off to my wife over facetime; felt guilty opening it and eating. And yes, they were soooo good. Ate a sandwich and a half, the churro, and two oatmeat cookies. Even the cut in the middle of the footlongs was perfect; nothing oozed out or seeped out or came out of the sandwich. The meatball one had a meatball in every bite; no clue how she did that, but freaking awesome. Honestly, she should own her own subway franchise. It was so good that I wrote it in my notes as my favorite food place to stop at. As an OTR truck driver, every good restaurant I come across I write it in my notes; this subway made the cut. Sucks I forgot to ask her for her name but the young lady that worked on 03/18/24 at 8pm; she is an awesome subway artist. (My ex wife wasnt that good when she worked at subway...

I can't even rate the food. I walked in, and no one was at the counter. I was okay with that until the person who was going to make my food came up. She gave me the most nastiest of looks like I'd done something to her. She didn't greet me at all, so I greeted her and asked her how her day was. She said, "Terrible." I laughed, thinking it was a joke, and it wasn't. I quickly told her what I wanted, and another girl came from the back saying very quietly and with the same attitude, "We only got wheat or white bread." I chose the wheat bread, but before either of them could start making my sandwich, I quickly changed my mind and told them never mind.

As a professional driver who has to rely on people to make their food sometimes, I shouldn't get nasty service like that. Both of these young ladies were rude. Like seriously rude. I'll just go somewhere else if this is the level of customer service they got here. Both of those ladies need to be seriously reprimanded for their nasty and rude attitudes.

Does not even deserve one star. The one making the sandwiches just walked away after making one for the customer ahead of me right after the cashier ringing him up also walked away. Zero acknowledgement of my existence. Sandwich maker comes back out a couple minutes later starting to, very slowly, refill the veggies. Was literally putting tomato slices in one at a time. Clearly disrespecting my existence. Eye-rolling and looking all depressed that he has to help a customer (God forbid. That poor soul 😥) And if it's anything like the Taco Bell right next to it (just as terrible, maybe more), it feels like it has a lot to do with my skin color. But it's okay if black people are racist. I guess they have a pass. Guy in front of me apparently had the correct skin color and was treated with at least some respect. Anyway he asks me what type of bread I want. I tell him and he immediately says they only have wheat. Why even ask? I walked away. Stay away from this place and the Taco Bell if you...
