Taco Bell — Restaurant in Prescott

This place is ok to go in when its daytime, but once night hits this place is ghetto. Me and some buddies stop by to eat at 10pm. When we got there 3 girls were just talking and texting on there phone like we were invisible. I said are y'all closed we close at 10:30 well its just 10 I want to order. So we ordered sat in the lobby they had the lights off another customer turned the lights on. The girl Shanika behind the counter came and turned the lights off while we were eating and said the lobby is closed. How can it be closed if y'all are still opened. The Subway and Country Pride restaurant close at 11pm but was closed at 10pm. TA needs to get some professional managers in that place and get some people who...

Horrible customer service. Website says close at 11 Taco Bell corporate says closes at 11 ta corporate says closes at 11 but they close down at 10 I showed them there website and was told it’s not there problem.but it is there problem.. nasty kitchen trash piled up out back. Just a disgusting disgrace of a food establishment. This truck stop is nasty as well. Taco Bell do better or stay closed Ta employee Nannette was helpful and very polite the other two behind the counter must get paid to play on there phones and act like they don’t even know how to run a cash register maybe pick up a broom or do anything that resembles work . Food was mediocre. It wasn't the worst, but it wasn't the best. The beef & the nacho cheese were old & had been sitting for awhile & everything was sloppily thrown together. Worst service. My husband & I stopped to eat lunch here & we were ignored upon arrival. Then, we were treated as if we were an inconvenience. Our cashier had an attitude from Hell. Her conversation (not work related) with the rest of the crew that was on shift was way more important than any customer. Generally, I do not care if the people working carry on conversation, goof-off, take breaks, etc, but when I get treated like that, that's when it bothers me.
