The Pizza Arcade — Restaurant in Prescott

Went on a Sunday evening and nothing but 3 kids working. Took close to an hour to get our pizza and we were 2 of 4 people in the place and we were there first. When we got our pizza there was bacon on it and there was never supposed to be bacon on the pizza we ordered, and I triple checked. We didn't customize anything as it was strictly off the menu. My wife can't stand the taste of bacon and was not able to eat any of it. I don't mind bacon and the pizza did taste really good. The main reason we were getting pizza is because that is what my wife wanted and she ended up waiting an hour to get nothing. When we complained they offered to take off 5%, what a joke! My daughter and I ate here last night, a Thursday. We ordered our pizza ay 745 and got it at 8:30 but we knew this might happen as the place just opened and our server, very nice woman. It was worth the wait. The pizza was great, a 14" pepperoni and jalapeno pizza. The pepsi was flatter than a flat line but that was comped by the staff. We did not try the arcade but it is weirdly set up as it is not located within the restaurant but through the back and down a hall. However, we're ordering more pizza tonight. Give them some grace, it is a new place. We will gladly go back to the location when we're able and I'll update this rating. Very friendly people and a really cool place. I will return I’m sure at some point. The wings were ok, nothing to write home about that’s for sure. Taste like average pizza place wings. The pizza was below average for sure. Had close to no sauce on over half of the pizza and way too much cheese. And last but not least they got the order wrong.
