Waffle House — Restaurant in Priceville

First, I tried calling in an order so it would be ready when I arrived since I had been driving for 15 hours. Nope couldn't place an order here or in my hometown store of Cullman. The service was pretty fast,but I explicitly stated I was allergic to onions and the chicken sandwich doesn't come with onions anyhow ...but for some reason the guy put onions on it. The lady with blue hair was nice but when asked about why the coffee station had no complimentary coffee but was out she said it didn't start until morning. It was 5am. Didn't offer me a cup from the back even when asked about a cup bc I had been driving straight for hours and it was freezing in there. She did offer to put decafe on for me but I would have to pay for it. I looked and the food was almost done so why bother. If I could of called in the order and walked in and out I wouldn't of had to wait. Fix the phones. Be more professional and courtesy. Listen to what your customers say. I couldn't eat my food at all and had not eaten all day or night because I was driving and waiting until I got closer to home bc of my medical condition....which I explained that too. I even gave a $5 tip on top of the to go tip they charge you...

I’ve always had good experiences with this location but tonight was appalling. When I came in to the store there was only a few people in the establishment. The employees all except for and older gentleman were horse playing. They were poking and hitting each other, talking bad to each other, spraying each other with the hose to the dish washer. A group of rowdy teens comes in and the restaurant fills up with people from a rodeo down the road. This behavior keeps on and one girl even mentions that she wishes that the customers wouldn’t have came. A man who was the cook screams at one of teens he knew by name and tells them to shut up and he makes a scene in front of the entire restaurant. This could have been handled much better if someone had just respectfully went over and addressed the situation calmnly instead of screaming across the entire store. This just ticks me off that the employees were being as obnoxious and loud if not more obnoxious and loud then the group of kids were. Employees should set the example and unfortunately that didn’t happen tonight. I’m very disappointed and ticked. Management has been informed. This was just a really...

I've had issues with this waffle house in the best ! But I've tried to give this location more chances to improve the quality of my food preparation and in the last two weeks my food is cold and Burned. I never eat inside. I prefer to take out . I always get the same thing every time. Well just moments ago i ordered my usual order i even told them Not to Burn my Order Well it seems between the Tall Burnette women working at the register and telling the cook what to cook something always gets screwed up. They Burned my Hashbrowns, and my Bacon and i had cold toast! Now they charge me $15.60 for my order. Now it would be cheaper eating in house. But seriously why would i continue to do business here. Some I'll be taking my business to Crackler Barrel where i get more for my money and more choices. ( Mallard Parkway Priceville,Alabama location..
