Today my coworker and I ordered lunch from here because it was close to our job. We ordered beef fried rice and all we received was fried rice. when we called to let them know that there was no beef in the rice they wanted pictures, we sent them a picture of the rice in the carton they wanted us to dump the rice out onto a plate so they can get a better view. Mind you this is our lunch break and we are at work so we’re trying to scrounge up a paper plate to dump the rice onto. after finally finding a plate we took a picture and sent that The lady on the phone proceeded to argue with me that there was no possible way there was not any beef inside the dish. She’s right there was some beef inside the dish one little piece of beef! This is not even about the cost of the fried rice because it was only five dollars. It is the PRINCIPLE AND THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never eat here again and I will make sure that I tell all my friends, family and coworkers not to patronize...
Read moreI guess it’s true what they say, “all good things must come to an end…” I’ve been a frequent flyer at Priceville’s Taste of China since they opened. Several years ago, I was concerned that things were going down hill when they replaced their fresh spring rolls with frozen, which were a favorite of mine, but I kept coming back (I skipped the mushy frozen spring rolls). For a while, the food was as good as the first time, but for the last year or so the quality of the food has consistently fallen short.
Today, I ordered the General Tso’s Shrimp and got home and settled down to dinner to find that the shrimp were extremely rubbery and overcooked. The sauce was decent, but that’s not what I was expecting; tasty sauce and rubbery shrimp. My husband ordered the Sesame Chicken and it was over cooked as well and the fried rice tasted old. Not sure what has changed, definitely disappointing. I no longer recommend...
Read moreWe were having such a hard time finding a good Chinese takeout place that actually offers "traditional Chinese take out"!!! We are so happy we decided to call and ask if we could order just a huge entree of orange chicken, and pint sizes of rice and noodles, because all we could find on the menu were entrees that already came with rice with it, but no individual type ordering. Calling made a huge difference because we were very skeptical for a while. Only thing I wish is that they open the dining room and accept orders without making a phone call (we are very old school) but I'm not too upset because the price was right! Less than $20 bucks in this inflated economy to completely fill up 2 grown adults. Amazing! And the real orange peel in the orange chicken! :o Game changer. Will be our go to Chinese take out. Thank you guys for providing delicious, fair...
