I received the wrong drink, that was repeated and confirmed 3 times during ordering, want anything special except I asked for light ice in my Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher and received a Strawberry Acai Lemonade Refresher instead. We turned around and went back through driver thru, where we placed our original order. We told them our problem at the menu/speaker/order screen nicely. Said exactly "hi, we ordered a Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher with light ice and we received a Strawberry Acai Refresher", we were told "ok, (sigh) come up to window & we'll get there right one", "we're sorry to be a pain, thank you", "please pull forward". When we got to the window, the gal there had zero clues about why we were at her window again, so we repeated our problem and another, and we went to show &/or hand her the wrong beverage, she took the wrong drink and handed us the correct drink that another woman handed her, we apologized again for any inconveniences we've caused them, the other woman told woman at window to just throw away the incorrect drink we gave back (which is understandable, we didn't want it and I don't know what else they'd do with it). We thanked them and there was no response from either, they were talking amongst themselves, maybe woman at window was new? In any case, AT NO POINT EVER WERE WE TOLD THAT THEY WERE SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE AND THAT THEY HAD GIVEN US THE INCORRECT BEVERAGE. THERE WAS NO EMPATHY & OF ANYTHING THEY ACTED AS IF WE PUT THEM OUT. They weren't really rude, but they truly did not care. As someone who has worked in several different areas that required different aspects of customer service, I was truly appalled at their lack of concern. I know Starbucks is a huge conglomerate, and their coffee isn't nice to my stomach, however I LOVE the Very Berry Hibiscus Refreshers, so, while we try to buy local and use a locally owned coffee stand, sometimes I want a Refresher so we go to Starbucks. There have been a few times over last 10ish years that I've received something wrong in my order and everyone I returned I was offered a lot of empathy and apologies, and usually they let me keep the wrong drink or give me something free, which is always great, but what is really important to me it's that they fix their mistake at no charge to me and are accountable and apologetic that I received wrong beverage and that I had to return and go through the drive thru line all over again. So, while this is NOT the norm for my infrequent visits here, this visit has caused me to probably never patronize or recommend this...
   Read moreTheir hours are inconsistent. They used to be open all the time when I got to Prineville for work (6:15am). Then they went through a phase where they didn't open until 7am. For coffee before work 7am is late, when most of there costumers travel to Bend or Redmond to work and have to Prineville before 7am. For a short time they resumed there normal hours of being consistently open at 5am. I attempted to go to Starbucks this morning and they now don't open until 6:30am on Wednesdays, which there was a line of people waiting for them to open this morning. If you are a coffee company you would think you would be open in the early mornings hours or be able to be consistent about the hours...
   Read moreThis Starbucks is never consistent in the way they make their drinks they always taste different when it should be the same every time. Today the water was out which is fine things happen, however I went into the store where there 3 employees. One was a manager and no other customers. After about 10 min the batista said they would be with me soon. 5 more min went by and the manager came out and said it would be a 15 min wait for a coffee. It just would have been nice to be acknowledged and told about the wait before I waited 15 min to hear about a 15 min wait. I don't know when the customer became the least important thing...
