Great food, but I wish I had not gone in to pick up my food because then I wouldn’t have known about the terrible customer service. The two times I went to pick up my food, I was ignored for a long while until I spoke up. The first time, the worker walked right by me while I was standing in the pick up area and didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I stood patiently and waited trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, until it became clear that they were intent on ignoring me. On both occasions I had to speak up after being completely ignored. The first time, the worker wasn’t even with customers, she seemed to be organizing things. My food was sitting in a bag that was visible to me and it only had to be handed over. It seems she thought I worked for a food delivery service like Door Dash (which doesn’t make the treatment any better). Nonetheless, as much as I really like the tacos, I won’t be back. The food at this restaurant is decent, but there's a major issue with the handicapped parking situation that overshadows everything else. Every time I've visited, whether it's in the evening or afternoon, I've noticed that Grubhub drivers consistently occupy the handicapped parking spots. This creates a significant inconvenience for those who genuinely need these spaces.

When I’ve addressed this problem with the owners or workers, their response has been dismissive. They typically say that this is just the reality of the society we live in today, showing little concern for the impact this has on their customers with disabilities. This attitude is disappointing and frustrating.

As a result, people who are handicapped find it challenging to eat or conduct their business at this establishment. The lack of available handicapped parking is a serious accessibility issue that should be addressed to ensure that all customers can enjoy their dining experience without...

I'm from the west originally. I know what good Mexican cuisine should be. After waiting months for this new establishment to open, I finally got to try. Ordered my favorite signature taco. AL Pastor, all the way with traditional corn tortilla(best around) The three sauce offerings were all homemade fresh and delicious. The hot was the best experience for me. I can't wait to try more on this menu. 10/10 so far.

I would recommend this place for someone that wishes a better representation of Mexican food in our state. I would compare to California Taco and Bajas,.but way more authentic. California Taconis close,.but definitely not Bajas.
