Crown Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Providence

This place used to be the best.. 14 years ago ... chicken is subpar at best now. Idk wth I was thinking trying their macaroni salad , it was nothing but elbow pasta mayo and alot of mustard or relish . It was super sweet and disgusting, just take it off the menu🤮 . I Was missing my beef patty, and the "chicken tenders/strips" are nothing but frozen small skinny chicken sticks/ fingers , like seriously? Yall dont even know the difference ... Better off going to royal fried chicken or kennedy fried ..this place is a dump now . Only good if you're drunk and have nothing else to eat

Replying to response: just because you guys have the same supplier doesn't mean you all cook the same way so that's irrelevant.. and you guys clearly don't know the difference between chicken fingers and chicken strips because you guys are selling chicken fingers AS strips and ripping people off . You guys sell chicken fingers and chicken tenders/strips change the name on your menu so its clear !

P.s there's alot of good reviews on this restaurant because people think this is the chicken spot on onleyville (kennedy fried chicken)and its not lol clearly goes to show how much better the other establishments are compare to this one .. and the good reviews in Russian are all...

I have been here two times while doing my laundry next door which I thought was a perk … laundry, food let’s gooo!!! But, Both times not so good, not so bad… food has always been delicious! But customer service is for the birds, I manage the foh (front of house) of a local restaurant and this lady’s customer service needs some guidance. Maybe she was never taught/ guided how to deal with guests other than fluent speaking individuals (I’m not sure) or maybe she does not care. I felt as if she was extremely dismissive knowing some questions I had were not answered. … either way it wasn’t a pleasant experience both times. But the kitchen staff keep rocking it, which is the only reason I caming back … foods always...

If it was possible to give no stars I would, anytime I come there and the owner isn't there that girl is really messed up me and my pregnant daughter we t in there while we was waiting for our cloths to get washed two people was infront of me but then she takes my order and I only got wing dings meal for my daughter and I wa t children tender meal well it took almost a half hour because everyone that came in after me got thier food before us and I asked the customers if they ordered ahead and they said no.. a d when we got our food it was trash.. so not happy, and I will continue to leave reviews til she is gone this is isn't the first time she's treated us...
