I used to order from here all the time. Until now. Last time I ordered I recieved burnt chicken in my combination plates and over cooked rice. I called to let them know. The lady offered to send it back out, I declined. She said "then what do you want me to do about it then?!" I said I want a credit on my name (or #) she said she'd tell the boss and hung up on Me. I called tonight to order and mentioned my credit. The lady (which sounded like the same lady) said there isn't a credit for Me. I asked to speak to the manager and she said he wasn't there. I cancelled the order. I will not give them my business or my money if they are not going to hold up to their word. I called back to have her take down my name and # for the manager to call me when he's there and she now says "I am the manager". I said "then take my information to give to the owner and have the owner contact me. This isn't right and I should have a credit and you are denying me that." She now says "I am the owner." I said "you suddenly are the owner and the manager?! You should be doing something about this. This is not right, You cannot just do this to people and say you'll give a credit and not follow through. Businesses run from support of their customers. Customer satisfaction is key. I suggest not going here if you want...

I live 1 block away so is very close and convenient .One day i saw the cook reaching under a prep table to grabsome vegetables that were on the floor i knew this was not ok but decided to order anyways. Every time I ordered they said 10 minutes that turned into 30minutes . Then things like bad soggy egg rolls and crab rangoons 👎 . My last visit I spent 18$ for a phoenix and dragon with crab rangoon and the rangoon where like chewing on leather . But the breaking point came when i found on that same order a hair on the rice I was very disgusted needless to say STAY AWAY FROM...

If you are expecting some artisan sh*t you came to the wrong place. If you are expecting to be cultured you came to the wrong place.
This place is the classic pork fried rice and chicken wings your dad brought home in 2002 because he was in charge of dinner that night.
Is this the best food you can get out here? hell nah. If we talkin purely food this place is a smooth 6.5/10 but what i am saying is this place is a dying breed of Chinese food restaurants and restaurants in general in Providence. It's no artisan sh*t, it's none of those fancy sauces, no nice notes written on the receipts or nothing.
It's the old school 10$ plate of chicken and rice with 50 soy sauce packets...
