McDonald's — Restaurant in Proviso Township

I live in the area and I have been to the restaurant on two separate occasion ordered the same meal and my food was served cold. I went last night and the night crew was sitting around eating food next to where the food is passed from the kitchen to the people up front. One employee was eating at the register and they were playing unsavory music at the drive-up window. The order taker and one of the people dressed in a blue shirt or just giggling wow they messed up my order. I don't believe that's a type of decorum in any business should have serving the public nor did there seem to be any competency in sanitation that's just handling the register while eating such as passing an order they has just been eating over without any cleaning of hands and the kicker serving wet paper towel to a customer. Terrible service was on brake went through drive thru were there was a issue after a few minutes I decide to go in and get my food. I asked I pay inside. They told me yes as I waited on my food on the inside they were still at the outside having problems. They also then told me that I couldn’t get my food inside because I had ordered it on the outside so come to the outside window when I went back to the outside window. They told me to come back inside to get my food. I saw a bag sitting up to the side, but they didn’t give it to me right away. They gave everyone else their orders first, and then handed me a bag with cold food in it. I am highly disappointed because I work around here and I only have 30 minutes of break and they took the whole 30 minutes of my break to give me my phone terrible terrible service. It's alright, went in for a quick lunch, there was a bunch of teenagers just hovering around the self serve kiosk, another customer in there told us to get behind him since the group of teens were just in the way. The lady at the register was nice, placed our order and waited less than 10 minutes. While waiting , a guy from the group who had his pants down to his knees started rolling up a marijuana blunt, a few minutes later he lit it up without a care in the world, he was showing off in front of his boys. Not one employee told him to turn it off ,no smoking especially marijuana. I have never been to any establishment and have this happen, got our food and ate it wasn't that good. I don't think I will be eating here again, the manager should have stepped up and kicked them out or at least tell him to put it out. I will be taking my business to other locations outside...
