Learn how to treat your customers like they're people and not dogs in the street. Every time I've come to this Subway I get disrespected.
One time a preparer had me wait until he finished his sandwich to start making my food, which wouldn't have been too bad had he actually been in plain sight. Wasted a lot of time waiting and didn't know why, then looked at me like I was being rude for getting his attention.
Tonight was the last straw. I asked for BBQ sauce on a sandwich for my wife and they put some red hot sauce on it instead, unbeknownst to me until she nearly had an asthma attack because of it (spicy food is a trigger for her).
Then I come back demanding a new sandwich, and the clown lied and said the hot sauce WAS BBQ sauce. The other server eventually fixed another sandwich, but the other guy didn't even bother to apologize. Even after he lied about the sauce in the first place.
The punks even visibly laughes at me before I could even start backing out of my parking space to leave.
There's better Subways around. Don't go to this one unless you like to be treated like a second class citizen in your...
