Subway — Restaurant in Proviso Township

Learn how to treat your customers like they're people and not dogs in the street. Every time I've come to this Subway I get disrespected.

One time a preparer had me wait until he finished his sandwich to start making my food, which wouldn't have been too bad had he actually been in plain sight. Wasted a lot of time waiting and didn't know why, then looked at me like I was being rude for getting his attention.

Tonight was the last straw. I asked for BBQ sauce on a sandwich for my wife and they put some red hot sauce on it instead, unbeknownst to me until she nearly had an asthma attack because of it (spicy food is a trigger for her).

Then I come back demanding a new sandwich, and the clown lied and said the hot sauce WAS BBQ sauce. The other server eventually fixed another sandwich, but the other guy didn't even bother to apologize. Even after he lied about the sauce in the first place.

The punks even visibly laughes at me before I could even start backing out of my parking space to leave.

There's better Subways around. Don't go to this one unless you like to be treated like a second class citizen in your...

They did not have fresh items out I noticed it while placing the order I don’t like how they have the meat section covered it up and you can’t see what’s out. My mother n myself feel like we have food poisoning now because of them we waste 50 dollars at this place. The condiments had other condiments mixed together which is a food allergen problem. I just thought maybe they’d clean up n switch out the stuff but once I noticed how slouchy the young girl tossed the oinios back in after I asked her to take some off! This was about 3:45 is 4:00 almost not a soul was in there don’t understand why it was like this! This subway is next to a school! N multiple business im highly sadden by this experience I usually go to here all the time but it seems like every time this one worker is there the food is trash! If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order through the Subway App got confirmation thru the app, go to the location they say they did not receive my order, I then follow up with them showing them the email confirmation and the manager says they did not did receive the order, and I even went so far as showing them my bank transaction that the money was taken and they said, well since we didn't receive the order we can't make the sandwich, so they took the money for the sandwich, I did not receive the sandwich and they said there's nothing they can do unless they receive an order in the system, there's nothing they can do, but they're wrong they did do something, they took the money and all I get is, "we can't make it without order" I eat at this location a lot and I use the app a...
