Memorial Park District — Attraction in Proviso Township

Saturday morning swim lessons are a joke. No way to find out if classes are cancelled due to weather without actually going to pool. No one answers phone at pool and park district office has no info. Even when you go to pool on a day it's drizzling, the one and only person who showed up to work can't reach the person in charge despite texting and calling several times. But the day it was only 69F they still had lessons despite the pool website says it's closed for anything under75F. No communication on which week there is no Saturday class due to a Wednesday July fouth Saturday. Half the students thought it was the weekend before half the students thought it was weekend after. Class usually starts late and end early. Lucky to get 40-45 minute lessons. I want to support my community but I won't be back...

This place is amazing, and the folks here is very friendly. I'm a little upset that my membership will be expiring at the end of this month 8/2019. It's okay I'm a kid at the camp I really do not like the camp some of the council are mean and when they go to the pool they take it off for dum reasons one reasons is you ask a counselor a question and they say that your pool time or that's a right up but how's that a right up when you asked them a question but it's a great camp but just stop righting people up...
