I normally don't do reviews however I am so not happy with this location!!! I ordered a chicken avocado BLT on a asiago bagel but I modified it to be a regular BLT with no tomato. The store called me to confirm the order which I appreciated, although that doesn't change the fact that when I received my sandwich it LITERALLY had one slice of bacon on it and a bunch of lettuce. I didn't ask for salad on a bagel!!! For a big corporation like this I would expect better quality, I mean technically I saved the business money due to not getting chicken, avocado, tomato, and garlic aoli on the sandwich. I didn't even ask for the store to replace those ingredients with more bacon I just assumed I would get more than one sliver of bacon on my sandwich, I mean honestly who wants a sandwich with a tone of lettuce and mayo but one slice of bacon. Read moreThis location provides horrible service. I was served my meal by Angie. The meal contained a string or object. I returned it to the server. She said that she would send the manager. The manager did not take the opportunity to visit the table. Angie brought the plate back and stated it was cheese. I disagreed, she reinforced her original statement, and boldly stated" yes it's cheese." I refused the plate and I walked to the manager and complained about the food and Angie's attitude. When talking to the manager, the manager was not able to talk to me without Angie. The manager did not assert herself in the situation that she should have been able to handle. I stated that Angie was rude and she began to defend herself. I told her when a customer has a complaint she should listen. The manager asked that I not speak to her and both called me rude while literally telling me not to speak to the server. When the server had no place in the interaction. Read moreThis visit did not thrill me at all. I have not been to a Panera in a while, and am unlikely to return. Apparently they only sell their light roast coffee in the evening. I was looking for a bold or full flavor coffee. And if you don't know what you are doing, it is unlikely to get assistance here. I am not a coffee drinker, but was making a purchase for a family member whom I was going to visit. Multiple employees were unwilling to help out someone who didnt know their system. One pointed and one said where to go (over there), but their instructions were not clear, nor the locations for what I needed. While the manager was obliging once an issue was brought to her attention, it did not solve my problems except for giving me the refund I asked for so that I could go elsewhere. One employee went to get a manager for me and disappeared around the corner, not to be seen again while I was there. Every aspect of this visit was a disappointment.
