Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Pryor Creek

Chili: It was cold. Not unwarm, cold. I ordered it plain, no cheese or onions. It appeared to have just been taken out of some packaging and either not heated at all or not NEARLY enough. It had cheese and some kind of tortilla chip shards. The cheese had never been melted, in fact you couldn't tell the cheese shards from the chip shards. Hey at least the cheese I didn't want was crisp, like fresh carrot sticks.

Fries: under-cooked as well and soggy. This was the most-right item on my order besides the drink.

Chicken-bacon-ranch quesadillas: under-cooked. Just a few toasting marks. The tortillas were still almost white instead of toasty golden-brown like they should be. I ordered the extra ranch that comes with this. It really makes a difference with this dish. I didn't get that either.

I don't think this was the order-takers' fault, she repeated it all back to me correctly.

This was late in the afternoon between lunch and dinner rushes so I can't attribute it to that.

The previous experience the missus had at this location was about the same. She had a steak, it was undercooked. She politely asked for a little more fire on it. When it came back it still wasn't right. Her broccoli was undercooked (are you sensing a theme here?) and tough. It should've been fixed when the steak was sent back but wasn't. Her friends order was also incorrect. The waitress was nice and did her job well.

If you have an aversion to heat, like polar bears and menapausal women then this is the place for you! I give them 4.5...

Let's face it. Chili's is Chili's, in regard to their food. My review reflects the service alone. I was in town from out of state visiting family. Let it be known that my family will now drive to Claremore or Muskogee after the service we received here.

As an adult with grown children, I prefer to sit at high tops in the bar area for lunch and dinner. My recent visit to this Chili's was no different. From sitting to receiving drinks was approximately 30 minutes. There was 1 other table and 2 singles at the bar.

The bartender Misty waited on our table and was in no way welcoming or even remotely friendly to any of us. She acted put out to make our drinks and never once checked back on us. She was extremely loud so that everybody in the entire restaurant could hear her rantings. She was unprofessional all the way around. Honestly it was like she was a bartender at a local rowdy beer bar vs a restaurant.

Pryor has few restaurants so I was extremely disappointed to see that this Chili's had gone so downhill. With the effects of coronavirus taking such a toll on businesses and people's incomes, I would hope those of us that continue to patronize local establishments vs driving 20 minutes to another town, would be treated better. I will not go back to this...

Don't go too Chills in Pryor!!! I called a to go order at 138 pm on 01/24/2020. I told them I wanted our fries in a separate box. They told me 15 minutes I got there at 2 pm. Which is 7 minutes late my food should still be good! I go in and waited 10 minutes for anyone too even acknowledge me it is now 110. Finally I get my food and the fries aren't separate so I tell the lady the fries are supposed too be separate. And she says "well did you tell them that" I said yes. She took off in the back didn't say anything no I'm sorry or anything. Finally at 120 I received fresh fries. I get home at 130 pm and the chicken is COLD. So I call and tell them and the manager on duty says first off "I was there it didn't take 15 minutes too get your fries" and second you placed your order at 130 it is now 230. Both which is a lie. It did take that long and I placed my order at 138 pm. She said rudly all I can do is remake your food. I said that would be perfect and she HUNG UP no goodbye thank you or anything just CLICK. No I didn't go get the food they remade if they are going too waste my time im going too waste theirs. With how rude she was no telling what she would do. Here is proof it was 1:37.
