Pizza King — Restaurant in Pueblo

I am very upset when pizza king is good it is really good however I have had multiple bad experiences. Today I ordered extra cheese and the pizza clearly wasn't right. I called and was told I wasn't charged for it to which I replied that I would've happily paid for it. I was told by Karen who said she was the manager that she could credit me 3 dollar's. I said I would rather a new pizza and was told ok but she would need to collect the other uneaten pizza. She acted as if I were trying to scam them or something even though I get pizza from them like twice a week. Now I have a toddler waiting for over an hour to eat. I feel so ofended. I called and asked about the order and informed them that my nephew had to leave. I was in formed that Karen is the own and she acted as if I could have feed him the pizza the whole time and she didn't tell me to send it back. All the while I have a hungry toddler asking me why he can't have pizza. I will not...

We used to love pizza king so much have ordered there for years and the last two times we ordered from there we waited almost a hour and a half for our order , called and they sent the order some place else or some kind of mix up ordered again tonight waited a hour called the store to check the status of the order and they said there was no order, they didn’t have a ticket for it nothing ... I’m not sure if it is under new management it the customer service was just terrible they didn’t feel bad they didn’t want to make it right nothing especially now we just want to order local to help out this business but it’s for sure the last time we ever order, do not waste your money on bad service and the quality of food is...

Who ever answer me the phone today ,is very rude lady,i ask order to Go pizza: 1.she was talking rude,like she dont have time to talk with me on the phone,2. She ask me to pay Over of the with the credit card ,and i give her 1 card she said it’s declined 2-nd one decline after that she said have good night ,I told her -stop can you finish taking my order? And she goes like ,sir it’s decline ,I give her 3-rd card she goes its decline again ,I ask her maybe it’s something wrong with you machine and she like have a good night ,very disappointed ,the rudest service ever !!! I will tell all my friend to not go there because of this...
