Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Pueblo

😔😔😞😞(issues that occurred) practically no sauce on the pizzas and there was hair that we found in the other Pizza yes in the pizza had to pull it out and then found another one in the crust 🤢...(Sooo) I Wouldn't recommend this place to any of my family or friends or anyone else outside of that will not credit you for their screw-ups and will not take care of their customers appropriately if you're able to puke the pizza back up and give it back to them they might give you a full refund but I bet you will have a bunch of issues sounds gross we thought it was pretty gross they want the pizzas back with a bunch of bites out of it and parts of the pieces eating which is quite disgusting whenever they're supposed to be serving good pizza and then they're going to actually look at the pizza while serving other people just to say I think that's really gross 🤢 I don't think any establishment should ever run like that this place used to be amazing I don't know what has happened with these folks here but unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy told the manager that I would not be coming back to this establishment ever again and same with my family and friends and was very cheerful and said okay,,I understand kill things with kindness but I wasn't being rude I was very respectful and polite the entire time and I was really disappointed in service and quality of food they messed up numerous times before but they always made it right this time I can't say the same.... Also their food is not that affordable anymore. Also the manager said that their app charges more in taxes than they do in stores so I would stop using the app if anybody is to continue going here don't use the app because of the fact it's going to charge you more taxes than they do in store...

I love Little Caesars I specifically go to this location because my personal opinion is they have the best service and quality in Pueblo. today i received a pizza that did not look right at all . i called and Dave the manager was amazing. he went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and satisfied. he personally made my pizza and delivered it his self within 15 minutes and called me 30 minutes after dropping off the pizza just to make sure that I was satisfied with the new pizza. not only did he make it right but he also listen to my concern showed empathy and let me know why the pizza came the way it did and I understand when you get new staff you train them so I was very happy that he took this situation and used it as a learning/ training opportunity. I have been going there for over a decade and I promise to continue to give them my business and if you're looking for good pizza with great customer service highly recommend the prairie Little...

Not going to win any "fancy" culinary awards by any means, but if you're in the market for pretty good pizza at a pretty good price, this is a great option. There's a reason the drive thru always has a lineup of cars (yet somehow there's never anywhere near as long a wait as one would expect from how busy it is). Add in the franchise owner, who does a whole lot of amazing work for the Pueblo community, and can often be seen behind the counter with his staff (I've got a lot of respect for managers willing to do real work) and there's a reason I'm here often.

Edit: A friend visited here in October 2024. The pizza box had what at first glance appeared to be a large smudge of fecal matter on the lid (it just turned out to be a political flyer for a nationalist candidate, but it was upsetting to see on the otherwise pristine...
