First, I do not judge any religion. People should refrain from adding to the reviews about their religion, to me I think they have the most caring and loving people I have ever ever met..I dont I feel love like theirs any where now that being said for the real review..., this is my favorite restaurant, not just locally, favorite of all. I love the veggie burger. The only thing was the first time I ordered the veggie burger it stayed hot for a very long time and was so tender, having one per week now I haven't ever gotten another that hot. So I wish I knew what the difference was, still my favorite dish. I also recommend the apple cider, hot chocolate, coffee, tomato soup, yogurt, cauliflower soup and the best dessert ever is the cream cheese pie with strawberries. It is over the top. I wish I could buy an entire pie for special occasions. I love the bread served with soup. Sometimes I get different bread, but it may be because of the type soup I order. The people are very kind, can taste the love they put into their dishes. It is true. Even togo packaging is just as good as eat in. That is rare. It is an explosion of taste. I can't get enough of this place. It's absolutely beautiful and so relaxing inside. Its quite, never any children screaming, which to me is important. I do not like noise when I am paying for service. Small children should not really be in certain restaurants in my opinion. If they can't be quite. So I I go here mostly because I have bad nerves and screaming children will ruin it. Just not a place for toddler's. Adults deserve at least one restaurant without screaming children. I'm sure they are welcome there but they will sit you away from the noise if possible. I went to a local steakhouse where a group of 16 people, where 6 toddler's were celebrating a toddler's b-day. My partner left without eating because of the stress from the kids, spilling, crying, yelling, was awful.
I am so thankful our little city has such a wonderful place to eat. I would love to eat there every day. It's that good. It's excellent! Employees have been nothing but extremely kind. Keep up the hard work, it is appreciated. Can't wait to...
Read moreThe food and atmosphere was great, until the end of our meal when I asked our waiter for “a caramel mocha“ and before could finish my sentence he about bit my head and off and said “We don’t have any of that here!” then lectured me on how caramel was basically made out of the same ingredients as motor oil. So, I said “Ok, can I get a mocha” and before I finished my sentence he cut me off again and sternly said “We don’t serve anything like that!” I said “Ok, then give me a second to look at the menu please”. He came back and I ordered a MOCHA mint latte’ from their menu. One, they obviously did have mocha. Two, natural caramel is nothing more than melted sugar. Everything else is organic, why can’t they have homemade caramel? And three, the diet cola they gave my husband had “caramel coloring” listed in the ingredients, which isn’t good for you either...so, don’t scold me for trying to order caramel. Simply say, I’m sorry we don’t serve that and move on. I didn’t need a lecture. The food really is delicious though, so I’m sure we’ll be back & just hope we get a...
Read moreI have never felt more disrespected as I felt at Pulaski's yellow deli just now. I work nearby and called 45 minutes before closing to see if I could order a sandwich for pickup, the guy said sure, I'll be right back with you. 10 minutes on hold I left the phone connected and just walked over there. I told the guy I was the person that had been left on hold and the phone was still laying there off the hook. He said sorry he forgot about me and handed me a menu. As I started to order, the phone rang and he answered it and proceeded to take someone else order like I wasn't there already speaking my order out loud. Needless to say that kind of fired me up a little bit it let me know my business is not needed at the yellow deli in Pulaski Tennessee and I intend to keep every penny I would ever spend there and give it to any other local business in Pulaski. I'll never do business...
