I have had the worst experience with Domino's Pizza on Quantico. As a Veteran, I"m extremely disappointed with the attitude and poor customer service.
My order was over an hour late. The Rep was young and simply hung the phone up without notice during the conversation. I called back and got the same Rep. He offered no apology yet stated, "My manager is busy and hung up the phone on me, once again.
My family and I ordered pizza to our residence in Triangle and still received it over an hour later. We have had multiple instances of issues with this particular Domino's and yet our orders continue to be routed to this location. Tonight, was the ultimate disrespect between customer and customer service. I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service extended to me.
In the past, on multiple occasions, my order has been cancelled without notification. I have received multiple pizza deliveries from Quantico and the pizza has been burnt and cold. Anything worth doing, is always worth doing it right.

We chose contactless, the kids watched the computer for the pizza being baked.....it was on "quality" for quite a long time when I walked to door to look out and saw the pizza on the GROUND. NO ONE knocked, rang the door bell or bothered to let us know they left the boxes on the COLD ground for who knows HOW long!
I called to also ask where part of our missing order was. Manager kept going on about it being "contactless" but nothing about NEVER informing us the pizza was sitting on COLD GROUND or addressing the missing order!

I spent atleast 30 minutes trying online trying to place the order, bc I have points online.. it didn't work and so I had to call and I asked for the mgr and told her the website was slow and my situation, no apology, no sympathy, NOTHING but a low key rude attitude. She said it would be here 30-45, well I called her at 47 mins bc my mom is waiting for me to go to ER. She never gave any apology I even asked her could she do something to compensate given the circumstances, website issues, and the late timing.
