Pa’l Cafetero Café Bistro — Restaurant in Quebradillas

I wouldn’t recommend this place. Yesterday, I went to order and waited 10+ mins in line with only 2 people ahead of me. There’s no menu for you to see ahead of time what you’d like to order. There’s only one small tv on the side barely 24in displaying some of their items. Once I ordered 1 dish(10:48am): saltee potatoes, I went upstairs to wait. After almost 20 mins waiting (11:05am), I went to ask. I was told that whenever it’s ready it would be brought to the table. Another 15 mins went by. It was 11:20am when I was told that I needed to wait another 45 mins which would’ve been over an hour and 15 mins. I was simply asked whether I wanted to wait or wanted a refund. I opted for the refund. For the prices of this place, I would expect a better service. While we waited, we were not the only ones to leave. But at least a heads up would’ve been...

Super cute place for breakfast

pastries and coffees were delish but the service as far as time goes was very delayed

we came in on a Monday morning around 1039ish am and I am writing this post at 1126am while still WAITING for my breakfast and burger order…. the place was not that packed for the wait time that we were experiencing….. 20min tops should have been the wait…. we even told the barista that we would like our food to go and we are STILL waiting…. If you are in a rush please do not stop - you will be late!

The waitress was apologetic when she came to bring us the food but overall disappointed in this experience (hopefully they get better at timing - perhaps a notification to ur clientele if you KNOW you are short staffed and a wait may be...

Wow! The cappuccino and the lemon cookie I had were both amazingly delicious, you will not be disappointed with either of them. The place is Beautifully decorated with 2 floors, super clean, and the service was excellent, they brought the coffee and cookies to where I was seated, the cappuccino was presented and prepared with detail and care and it reflected in how wonderful it tasted. The lemon cookie was out of this world delicious, I took another one to go! I will be back to this place for sure! It is kid friendly as well with a small play area for them to play while you enjoy...
