I hate writing reviews but I think this one is warranted. I just started going to this store and I initially liked going to this store….until today. I was on a work call connected via Bluetooth to my car. I typically am not in calls when ordering, but this one was going over time. I muted for a minute when I got up to the window so I could speak to the girl helping me. I didn’t want to be rude so I name sure to interact with her first, and then I paid so I could unmute. Once I confirmed and paid, she started asking me how my day was going, and again, I didn’t want to be rude for not answering her, because I typically talk to the people at the window. I motioned that I have to be quiet and I couldn’t respond because someone was talking to me. I didn’t want her to think I was being rude. She waved the iPad in my face right after that for signature, because apparently, this made her mad. As I’m waiting for my food and drink I’m listening to the call and she starts mocking me and dramatically telling other employees to “SHHHH” anytime they would say something, which wasn’t the issue. I was fine with background noise…I just personally couldn’t respond. She did it multiple times, almost like she was wanting a reaction, and I wouldn’t give her one. I wasn’t even “shushing” her. I was telling her that I couldn’t respond to her because I was on a call and didn’t want to have a side conversation while someone else was already talking to me. Read moreWow, this has to be the worst experience I have had from black rock. This will most likely be the last time I choose to get coffee here too. My family and I decided to do a coffee run on a rare rainy day in AZ, but we unfortunately choose to go to this location. This BR location has been hit or miss when it comes to service but I always brushed it off because it’s a bunch of kids working there. However, my experience my family and I had today I won’t forget… waiting an hour in the drive through to get two drinks??? Is completely unacceptable for a coffee branded shop… Also not a sorry or thank you after giving an hour of my time while you make coffee? Is very disrespectful and frustrating. The whole store was chaos, drive through wasn’t moving so people were going inside, but they can’t leave because the line was wrapped around the store. Overall, the worst experience I had trying to get a cup of coffee. I don’t recommend Black Rock coffee.

After we finished our lunch, we came back to pick up our drink. A young lady named Carter informed me that there was nothing that she could do since the previous team did not mention anything about a drink. I asked her if she could ask the other team members to make sure that the previous team didn’t communicate to any of them. The gentleman that was handling the drive-through eventually ended up saying do you think he would make something like this up? At that point, I did not want to argue with The young lady, so I told her to have a good day.
