Starbucks — Restaurant in Queen Creek

2nd person in line and been waiting 20 min. I know it’s been open for a few days so I understand but you would figure being in a grocery store you would have more people working than two employees. No movement with a purpose. No apologies from them saying we will be with you shortly. Came here because it was closer and thought it would be faster than going to Fry’s or to an actual Starbucks. Now I know that I will not be coming back here again. Safeway looks nice but I’ll go to Fry’s. When finally asked for my order No apologies no let me give you a discount for waiting. The Starbucks stars reward is ambiguous. They have a reward for stars when you buy a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, any latte and any Frappuccino blended beverage but I purchased all three drinks and did not get my reward stars. Normally everyone here is SUPER nice and accommodating to me. However Paulina was on shift today and she denied a diabetic a water cup. Not once have we ever been denied but today Paulina showed that the company's expenses are clearly more important than the customers who support yall.
