From the moment I walked in, I felt like more than just a customer—I felt like a regular, even though it was my first visit to this location. The entire team was friendly and efficient, but I absolutely have to give a huge shoutout to Manager Jamie.

Jamie is the kind of leader every store needs—professional, upbeat, and truly passionate about customer service. You can tell the team respects her, and it shows in the smooth way everything runs.

My drink was perfectly made, the area was spotless, and the vibe? Immaculate. You can feel the positive energy the moment you step in.

Thank you, Jamie, for going above and beyond. You’ve earned a loyal customer—and probably a few more, since I haven’t stopped telling my friends how great this location is!

Stopped at Hy-Vee on Harrison Street with my daughter and she decided that she wanted an iced coffee. Walked over to the counter and was immediately greeted with bright smile and "Hi, How are you today?" from Jami. We placed our order and both Jamie and the other barista continued to chat with us as well as other customers that were there. They made us feel welcomed and appreciated. We will ABSOLUTELY be back to that location. Definitely recommend this location for service atmosphere and food!! Well done with this crew...

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Tanna Trone for being an amazing barista at Starbucks. Every time I come in, she greets me with a smile and such a positive attitude. She always makes my drink perfectly and remembers my order, which makes me feel so valued as a customer. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and the people she serves.
