This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. On September 8, 2024, around 3:20 p.m., the staff appeared visibly frustrated with management and the tasks still pending, and they openly vented their frustrations to everyone waiting in line. Their attitudes were unprofessional and unpleasant.
A customer behind me asked a female employee for recommendations on a sandwich, and she responded condescendingly, saying, "You can get whatever you want." The customer even responded with a surprised "Geez" due to her rude tone. I was given a dismissive look when I requested that my chicken sandwich not be toasted. Additionally, they were out of several types of cheese.
When it came time to pay, my card was having issues with the chip reader. Instead of manually entering the card information, I was told that it couldn’t be done. The employee then tried to contact the manager but was unsuccessful. This whole process was carried out in front of other customers, adding to the discomfort. The employee eventually asked a female colleague to contact the manager, and both employees began to complain and make the situation even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the male employee complained that his sandwich was getting cold, presumably because he hadn’t had a chance to eat.
The entire experience was chaotic and stressful. I left feeling so overwhelmed that hunger was no longer a concern; I needed to take a drive just to decompress. Plus they had run out of turkey, which I had ordered with bacon. They exchanged the turkey with tuna, but no bacon. I was told they could not adjust the price since I ordered & paid online.
