TLDR: It was perfectly average. Good A/C inside, which was nice. Prices are super reasonable — we got two breakfast sandwiches, buttered toast, and three small café con leches for $19. The sandwiches were nothing special but fine, and I actually really liked the toast. Not a fan of their sugar setup though — big bottles with tiny holes, and the brown sugar was clumpy and hard to pour. They also have a $5 debit / $10 credit card minimum. They sell some basics like milk and other groceries, and on certain days they do avena (oatmeal) or farina. We came on a Saturday around noon and the avena was already sold out.
