Chimichanga Mexican & Italian Food — Restaurant in Río Grande

Our group all liked this place. The loaded fries (can't remember the menu name) was a meal in itself and very good with lots of meats. We also had the shrimp chimichangas and they were quite tasty with lots of shrimp and veggies. Be aware that this is a cash only place, or at least on our visit it was. I think maybe it's more of a bar than a restaurant as you order your food at the counter. But there were other families with children eating there at the time we were there. The only disappointment was that the Italian side seems to no longer be functional? We only saw Mexican menus, but really the food was good and...

This isn't a restaurant, its pretty much a road stop with food. Two tables. Definitely no Italian food at all so if you're going for that menu, don't- not sure why they have Italian in their name. We sat at the only 2 tables they have waiting for someone to come take our order, they didn't. We all had to go up to the bar to order. Food was ready, thought they would bring it to the table 5 steps away? Nope. We again had to go to the bar to get it. Needless to say, at least they saved us the tip. Food was ok but when they charged me it was supposed to be $19.25+tax=2.31=21.56 and they charged me $24 so i asked why the extra and he tells me because he cut the mdf burrito in half is an extra charge of $2.00 + what ever change it's not about the $2.46 it's about how many people they do that too and did not get a receipt either so iWill never ever...
