Weasels tried to triple charge me by adding another customer’s bill to my tab! I thought it was a mistake, at first, until they walked in and started talking to the bearded manager. I soon realized they’ve done this to others. Good thing I pay attention. Like I was going to pay $23 for one small pan pizza? VERY insulting. Maybe they thought I was a “new” customer and didn’t know any better. And the pizza was just mediocre and took 45 minutes! The outer crust was somewhat burnt and not quite done in the middle. Place has pretty good pizza and cheesy bread, but the customer service is horrible besides one employee that I know personally. They have never upgraded with the times and the place is still ran like it's 1992, I actually think the phone system they have is from that era. A portable phone, no POS system... Idk... can't complain about the pizza it's pretty good depending on what you order. 🤷........... If I could give this place a 10 star rating I would. My go to pizza is a deep dish with bacon, pepperoni, chicken, and extra sauce!!! With an order of the 1lb fries! (Ugh just making me so hungry lol) I use to live in Racine but don’t anymore. Every time I fly back home I have to have it at least once before leaving. I’m now pregnant and been craving it for sooo long, I head back in a few months and best believe the second I leave the airport they’ll be on the phone.!!! Service is always great and it’s never really that long of a wait unless you order on a Friday or Saturday...
