It was a pretty busy day when we came to this location. There were two employees standing behind the counter, but only one register OPEN! There were more than 5 people in line waiting to be served, and people were getting irritated. Not only was the employee talking with the customers longer than she should have, but she was chit chatting it up with her co-worker. It was very rude. If I didn't like the products the store sold, I would not shop at this location. Hopefully, you can do more training with your employees to evaluate their customer...
