Possibly the worst food service experience of my life. I wish I hadn't left my phone at home so I could have taken a photo of the sheer amount of people waiting in the parking lot. I understand that they were busy as it's Cinco de Mayo and Taco Tuesday, and I am a fairly patient person. I ordered online and was told my food would be ready at 5:15. When we got there, there were a lot of people in the parking lot as we expected. We parked and one of the guys was coming around to check on what orders people were waiting for. We, along with at least 50 others, waited over an hour for our food. I ordered at 4:15, was promised by food at 5:15, and didn't receive my food until 6:20. We asked politely several times, understanding that today was a busy day. However, after almost an hour of waiting, I went to the door and went inside to complain as many others had. There was a huge table of orders just sitting there. Several people offered to help, but because of Covid we couldn't. I asked for my food for the 5th time, and it was finally found sitting on the edge of the table and had been ready for at least half an hour. I completely get that Cinco de Mayo and Taco Tuesday falling on the same day meant that they would be busy. However, they failed to prepare and did not have enough staff to keep things moving. Several people left without getting their food because they were sick of waiting. The food was mediocre and not worth waiting over an hour for. I will not be going back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who...
Read moreMy wife & I first heard about this place on Door Dash & Grub Hub and it was "Pick Up" only. We live only a few minutes away so our first order was a Dine In. Inside is a little small, maybe 6 tables , but menu was a good size. I ordered the 3 taco dinner with beans / rice and was good and fresh. Wife had the Enchiladas with mole sauce, she liked it and had a small kick to it. So we just ordered out about $50 worth, Mexican Sweet Corn ( which comes in a bowl not on stick which we thought) Super Chicken Nachos was good , we had asked for sour cream & guacamole and they put just a dollop of each.Chicken Enchiladas, Chicken Tacos Dinner , Chicken Tostadas which was very good. I asked for Fried Ice Cream for dessert and waited for my order to be made to go. Wait was good 10 mins , but she told me when she handed the bill they no longer have the fried ice cream ! She could have told me before that, then I get home to double check the order / receipt and they charged me for the ice cream. I was upset after spending $50 with tip and I could have called and raise the issue, but they will lose my business going forward. Again good food, service could use some touching up and more training on the...
Read moreWe found this gem today and sooo glad we did!!! There was a young lady that was doing it all (besides cooking) from grabbing phone/online orders, serving, bussing tables and cashiering. She was very sweet and I hope she is appreciated and compensated well by the owners cause good help is hard to find!!! The el pastor taco and chicken enchilada w/green sauce were fantastic and seasoned well. The steak gordita was ok, but I think it was the steak that the ok part of it. The beans were great and so was the rice. I am allergic to most fresh fruits and vegetables. I can have a bite or two, but thats it!!! So I normally stay away from great things like guacamole. But today, I had to give it a try because the smell alone got to me. It brought literal tears to my eyes because I wish I could endulge and eat it like others can. It was super fresh and hands down the best I've had in forever. If you love guacamole, try their's. It will NOT disappoint ♥️ We will most...
