Zak’s Fish & Chicken 2 — Restaurant in Racine

I ordered the Italian beef, and I wanted it dipped and I wanted nacho cheese on top of it and nacho cheese on my fries. I ordered the meal so it was supposed to come with a soda. They completely forget the cheese on both the sandwich and the fries and forgot my soda. When I called them to let them know the owner said that she never wrote it down and that she was new to the job. So he says I didn't get charged for it but I did get charged for it and he would not offer me a free meal next time or discounted meal or even to bring my cheese they told me they were going to bring me cheese and they never did. So very bad customer service. The delivery driver offered to give me a slice of dessert the next time I order but I don't know if there will be a next time because I was very disappointed in their lack of customer service. I changed my review as I did have an issue with the delivery driver and an honesty issue. I decided to be fair and change my rating because the owner as promised had his manager from night shift call me and she rectified the situation and the owner even caller back and asked if I was satisfied with the decision Mellisa came up with, and I was. I appreciated the business standing behind there word and apologizing that I had to go through that (police were involved and all). If I had to rate them on food only they would get 4-5 stars because they have a large selection of food and all of it is pretty delicious. Prices are fair.
