Highlander Pizza — Restaurant in Radford City

They are to way to high on everything and they never get my orders right. They need to come down on there prices and deliver and get things right on time. I dont like how they messed my orders up and then over charge everything. Thats crazy charging a lot of money for food when you can go to other places and get it cheaper. I rate Highlanders Pizza a -10. There food is good when its hot and not cold. The next time I order from there or my family I hope and pray the prices are cheaper. And they have no right to hang up on people or get rude. Thats disrespectful and thats how you can lose business. Whats best for yalls business is to lower princes not everyone is rich in this world there are poor people out there to. RUDE OWNER/ MANAGER

So I placed a order for delivery , and asked what sub specials was offered the manager said sub with fries either 8 or 12 inch . So I ordered which was two 12 inch subs the way I wanted without the fries . My order gets here and OF COURSE it's WRONG !!! so I called and politely told him the problem . He gets rude and says he heard me say specifically 8 inch knowing I did not ask for it . So disputing this for about 10 minutes he gets loud and rude and I ask for another manager. He says he is the only one . I ask for corporate number and he rudely says DON'T ORDER FROM HERE ANYMORE 😡 AND HE HANGS UP ON ME. I will not be sending anymore service to this establishment . And will remove all menus from friends and relatives establishments. He is by far the rudest damn business man I have come across when ordering !. The audacity of this man. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS SIR. The food is good when they actually get it right once every six times you order. But it’s always something with this place. One day they won’t bring your food at all, but take your money anyway (It’s happened to me, and a couple of my friends so it’s a thing, trust me). The next, your pizza rolls are burnt. Or they’ll bring you a two liter of soda in the flavor that you did not ask for, which is my newest annoyance with them. I understand they run out off things, but a courtesy call would have been nice if that was the case, so I could pick my own replacement, but that’s DEFINITELY too much to ask of them. This restaurant treats customer complaints like the plague too. So if you’re gonna call them or go to the store, be prepared to be met with unfriendlies who insist the mistake(s) is/are somehow your fault and they won’t fix it.
