FIRST!! Please consider putting disabled parking next to the building and route your drive-thru around that. I'm being liberal with the stars for this little restaurant on the side of the road in Rainier, WA. I say "liberal" because my visit was exclusive only to dine-in and I'm realizing i don't think we ordered dishes that might have showcased their food a little better. What we did order was burgers and fries. However, what the restaurant offers is a vast menu from Pizza, Hot Dogs, Burgers, (smash burgers), Espresso, Boba, Energy drinks, Shakes, Banana Splits...... This isn't even considering some of the pretty impressive sounding breakfast menu items. Anyway.... the place is CLEAN!!! The tables are perfectly supplied with the standards: napkins in their own holders, salt and pepper shakers filled, ketchup squeeze bottle filled and clean, jams and jellies full, sugar and sweeteners stocked. A cute little vase with unintrusive colored flowers on each table. The bathroom was just as impressive. No overbearing decor or scents, but clean. There was something about the benches.? An inch too low? Slightly less cushion than expected? Each time sitting was comical as I'm sure you could hear the thud of my tailbone land onto the bench climb my spine and come out my mouth. Now, the wait for the burgers to come out really could have been so much worse but shouldn't have been as long as it was. The dining room had a couple of tables with guests besides us. Not busy AT ALLLL... However, i noticed there were a few carryout orders and the drive-thru seemed to have a slow but consistent flow. I also noticed the restaurant has a website with online ordering available. {Starstarstar* for using the technology so many places won't use!} I actually almost placed our order online while we were waiting to order, but decided to complete the dine-in experience i committed to when walking in. The food: the burgers were basic. There was nothing special about the patties. What I can say is that the produce was fresh, the meat was cooked fine (not juicy as i suspect they were previously frozen), the buns were soft, not stale, and the fries were good. The sauce (i think it's the "Mountain sauce"?) was delicious and we were provided a sufficient amount. I did finish my burger so.... We were checked in on one time after being served. For the environment of the place being somewhat like fast food/burger joint, the service we received seemed appropriate. I will say that the pros I noticed for this little restaurant, outweighed the few cons so much, that I gave it the 5 stars. To give a fair review on the food, i will need to experience something that may better showcase the food. We ordered pretty plain burgers and received pretty plain burgers. If I had a recommendation, it will be for the little spot to better advertise something specific or a specialty. The "favorite" or most popular dish. If it's Espresso or egg muffin sandwiches, I couldn't tell. If it's pizza, they're in a bucket of dozens of pizza places to choose from in the area. They are proud of that sauce, though. Having a massive menu with a giant selection might be beneficial for quick stops for a cheap burger or ball teams but, for the price we paid, we should have been more impressed and had fresh meat. If the smash burger with grilled onions is popular (it's actually what I meant to order), THAT would be the burger to showcase. Why? Because nobody else is. And they're magic. The flavor and texture are unique and delicious. I just have to recommend getting the meat fresh. If this little restaurant is the first to figure out that making and advertising cheap, small, smash onion burgers is going to put them on the map, i will be proud to have suggested it. (Wink wink) Bag-o-burgers will have people traveling to eat your food. Small bun+small ball of beef+smash in the onions+2 pickles+tiny squirt of mustard+salt/pepper. Bag of 5 for $10. I'll be back and maybe try the pizza and banana split? Who knows? Unless you're offering a bag-o-burgers....

Read moreThis was such a disappointing experience. My family ordered $100 of food Super Bowl Sunday which included Two large two topping pizza, 50 wings, and a soda. My sister went to pick up the food, mind you we live 7 minutes away & by the time the food was in my house it was cold. Everything. Wings and pizza like how? The thing that bothered me the most was they got both of our pizzas wrong. We ordered one of them Hawaiian and instead they gave us 2 of the same pizzas (pepperoni with jalapeños). Not only that but there was jalapeños of both pizzas as a whole when originally we only asked for half of the pizza to have jalapeños because we have kids that wanted it without. Once everyone started eating I realized this and called, I mean come on it was Super Bowl sunday and I still called as soon as we all gathered to eat. Everyone was hungry. The store answered I explained the situation and instead of them offering a credit or replacement for another time they told me to drive back and they could have it ready in 15 minutes as long as I bring back the entire pizza untouched. I’m nearly 9 months pregnant I didn’t drive to pick up in the first place and I felt bad taking away more time from family to rectify a situation that wasn’t our fault. Especially when everyone wanted to watch the half time show! This place didn’t even offer to refund the difference in pizza costs! That’s a minimum of $10 difference in pepperoni vs Hawaiian. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all based on customer service. I was very understanding and nice, I offered to send a picture of our order and they couldn’t do the right thing for a $100 order. Personally I don’t think businesses like this even care about new customers becoming reoccurring customers because being that we just moved to the area it would have been nice to have a pizza spot less than 10 min away to have on our list but now, I know not to go there or even recommend them to...
