On August 13th, I had the pleasure of receiving services at Turner Automotive. While the overall experience was excellent, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by Bri, the service writer. Bri demonstrated remarkable professionalism, compassion, and dedication—not only in assisting me but also in supporting numerous other customers who came in or called during my visit. I was especially impressed by how she went above and beyond to help an elderly woman who was visibly distressed and worried about her home and friend due to the nearby fire. Bri handled the situation with patience, empathy, and genuine care. A quick look at Turner Automotive’s social media highlights praise and recognition for technicians, managers, owners, and even possible former employees. However, it’s surprising that there is little to no acknowledgment of Bri’s outstanding work. She is an intelligent, hardworking, and invaluable part of the team and absolutely deserves recognition. And if you think you need something fixed or done to repair your vehicle, and they find that it's not necessary, they honestly tell you either, you can wait, or even better yet, if there's nothing wrong, they send you on your way with no money spent! But if you do need help and a repair, they Are the place to take your car or truck!

My wife and I have four vehicles among us and on our farm. They are well maintained by us through our use of Turner Automotive's services. We get reminders sent in the mail through post cards for each vehicle. Since we like to keep them for 10 to 20 years, we follow the scheduled maintenance requirements from the car manufacturers - we find that if we do that, that we don't have major repairs! Pay a little over time, maintain them with regular oil changes and have a great mechanic who keeps up in the latest techniques and diagnostic equipment - THAT's TURNER AUTOMOTIVE! We highly recommend them!

Amazing friendly and thorough~ I was so hesitant to find a new service shop that I put off my regular maintenance until I couldn't anymore. From the first phone call to set up my service appointment Turner's was so friendly and efficient. I got a next day appointment and was greeted with a smile as I stepped in the door. I unexpectedly had my grandson with me and it was a non issue too Nice clean waiting room and JW was quick to offer a toy for my grandson. We were able to peek through the doors at the neat car lifts and JW went over my entire service and all components of the very thorough inspection on the vehicle. Michael the young man that worked on my truck and performed the service also came in a spoke with me and I appreciated his input greatly. I feel very confident that if I need anything in the future for my truck maintenance or regular service that Turners will be there.
