what a shame a good place with good food going down hill but like the saying goes all good things come to and end well it happend here i have been here more times than i can count always good but the last lets say 5 times haven't been the portions have gotten way smaller but the price either went up or stayed the same but why pay more for smaller portions like the bbq plates used to have a reg and large but now you get the reg for the large price i under stand the biden economy price hike but dont be stingy with the portions i dont mind paying for a good portion of good food i went to thatcher's bbq in Trenton ga big portions of good food like the pork plate and 3 sides at a reasonable price but back to 50 taters seems like every time i come here they dont have the fried taters # 1 you call yourself 50 taters and # 2 how hard is it to take a Potatoe cut it drop it in the fryer and fry them just like magic you got fried taters dont use the excuse of it takes time because last night i waited 25 mins on my pork baked Potatoe which is ridiculous while my family had already gotten and ate there food i had to wait and never got my drink refiled either but what does it do to complain because the excuse for 2022 is we are under staffed and they will charge you a fee if you pay with a card with...

Where to even begin? We walked in and the server who seated us waited to finish her conversation with another employee before she seated us, when she walked us to the table she was rude, nothing about this lady was friendly at all. They brought out my child’s food first and gave him no silverware to eat with. After our food comes out, the whole experience gets WORSE. My husband ordered a bbq potato talk about TINY, I’ve seen bigger sizes potatoes at other restaurants. His pork was room temperature, he said the best part of his potato was the butter. My fries tasted like they had been sitting out way to long and my bbq pork was room temperature not hot, the only thing good about my meal was the baked beans. The servers would come through refilling glasses and would refill every tables but ours. This was a horrible experience with horrible food. Please save your money, it’s not worth spending it with this kind of food or the attitudes...

First the good. Waitress was great, shrimp ok and second steak good. Ordered the 12oz ribeye, the steak came out n was rubbery and full of gristle. Couple of things should be noted; this was the first steak I have sent back in 20+ years, so my tolerance is wide, second, I ran a steakhouse as my first full time job out of college and have prepared 1000s of Ribeyes, third I worked in the meat department in a local grocery and cut 100s of Ribeyes. The manager came to our table n tried explain that all Ribeyes are full of fat. When I explained that the steak did not resemble a ribeye he acted as though I didn't have a clue and was very condescending. You can judge from the pic was it a ribeye.
